Is ALS Property Management licensed?
Yes. ALS Property Management Ltd. is a real estate brokerage licensed by the BC Financial Services Authority (BCFSA) for trading, rental property management and strata management. Our licence number is X029791, and you can look it up on the BCFSA website.
Which areas do you serve?
We are based in Metro Vancouver. We manage rental buildings in Pitt Meadows and Chilliwack and work with owners across Metro Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. If your property is elsewhere, call us and we will tell you plainly whether we can help.
How do you price management?
It depends on the property type, the number of units and the services you need. Send a quote request and we will review the details and give you a written proposal with the scope and the cost before you commit to anything.
Can we switch from our current property manager?
Yes. Choose “Yes, looking to switch” on the quote form and tell us about your current arrangement. We will talk through the timing and the handover with you.
Can I speak with you in Korean?
Yes. You can talk to us in English or Korean, by phone, by email or at the office. This website is available in both languages too.
I rent in a building you manage. How do I reach you?
Call the office Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, or send a message through the contact form and choose “Current tenant”. For fire, medical or police emergencies, call 911 first.
